Resep Es Bongko Hunkwe


Bahan-bahan :⁣

100 Gram Tepung Hunkwe⁣
100 Gram Gula Pasir ⁣
1/4 Sdt Garam⁣
200 ml Santan Kental ⁣
10 Lembar Daun Pandan, potong-potong
5 Lembar Daun Suji, potong-potong
600 ml Air 

Bahan Kuah :⁣

500 ml Santan Sedang ⁣
500 ml Air ⁣
100 Gram Gula Pasir⁣
1/4 Sdt Garam ⁣
2 Lembar Daun Pandan, Simpulkan⁣

Bahan Pelengkap :⁣

Es Batu Secukupnya⁣

Cara Membuat :⁣

  1. Blender daun pandan dan daun suji dengan 600 ml air, saring.
  2. Campurkan tepung hunkwe, gula pasir, santan kental, garam dan air daun pandan suji, masak hingga meletup-letup, matikan api dan tuang pada cetakan dan sisihkan.
  3. Untuk membuat kuahnya, campukan semua bahan kuah, masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk-aduk agar santan tidak pecah. Angkat dan dinginkan.
  4. Setelah hunkwe dingin dan padat, potong sesuai selera. Sajikan dalam mangkung, tambahkan es batu, lalu tuangkan kuah santan di atasnya.
  5. Es bongko hunkwe siap disantap.
